Knowing that horses may be dangerous, I hereby agree to indemnify, save and hold harmless Longbranch Stables and any of their agents, officers, representatives, or employees from any liability loss, claim or damage, to persons, equine, or employees resulting from my use of this facility. To the best of my knowledge and belief, I have no physical or mental restriction which would prohibit my handling or riding of horses.

The undersigned assumes the unavoidable risk inherent in all horse related activities, including but not limited to bodily injury and physical harm to horse, rider, spectator, guest and public in general caused by horses owned or under control of the undersigned.

In consideration, therefore, for the privilege of riding and /or working around horses at 730 Lollie Road, Mayflower, Arkansas, including the barn and pastures adjoining same, undersigned does hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify Longbranch Stables and Shannon Greenhaw and their heirs and assigns and further releases them from any liability or responsibility for accident, damage, injury or illness to the undersigned or to any horse owned the undersigned or any family member, spectator, or guest accompanying the undersigned on the premises.

Under Arkansas Law, an equine activity sponsor is not liable for an injury to or the death of , a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risk of equine activities.
